Gelure
Bespoke commissions

Made for you, and no one else.

Every Gelure commission begins with a conversation and ends with something that has never existed before.

"We don't begin with what's in the case. We begin with who you are."
— Maren Voss, founder

A bespoke commission is not a configuration. You are not choosing from a menu of options. You are beginning a collaboration with a jeweler who will spend weeks thinking about you, your hands, your life, and your materials.

The result is a piece that cannot be replicated — not because we put your name on it, but because its proportions, its weight, its stone, its finish, and its story belong entirely to you.

The process

Four stages. One result.

I
Consultation
Stage one

We begin with a conversation — your story, your materials, your vision. No pressure. No catalog.

There are no forms to fill before this meeting. Come as you are.

II
Design & render
Stage two

Our jeweler produces hand sketches and a 3D digital rendering before a single gram of metal is touched.

You will approve the rendering before anything proceeds. If it is not right, we revise.

III
Material selection
Stage three

Ethically sourced stones and metals chosen together. You see and feel what goes into your piece.

We source only conflict-free stones and can accommodate lab-grown alternatives at every price point.

IV
Cast & finish
Stage four

Hand-cast, hand-set, hand-finished. Your piece ships with full documentation and a lifetime service guarantee.

Each completed piece ships with a certificate of materials, care instructions, and a record of every decision made during the commission.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

How long does a bespoke commission take?

Most commissions take between six and twelve weeks from the first consultation to delivery. Simpler pieces — bands, pendants — can move faster. Highly complex pieces with multiple stones or unusual geometry may take longer. We will always give you an honest timeline before you commit.
